Yorkville America, Manager of Trump's Truth Social Brand ETF, to Launch Digital Asset ETF
Odaily News: Yorkville America, the asset management company responsible for managing the Truth Social brand ETF under Trump, is nearing the completion of an acquisition deal. The company plans to further expand its product line by acquiring an institutional asset management firm, with the transaction expected to be completed in September.
Yorkville CEO Steve Neamtz stated that this acquisition will be an important step in the company's strategic expansion, pushing its business to broaden from its current product line, which is primarily focused on "America First" political theme ETFs, into a wider range of asset management areas.
Meanwhile, Yorkville launched the MANGOS Plus Index ETF on Monday, which will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE Texas. This is Yorkville's first ETF not managed under the Truth Social brand, primarily betting on popular companies in the AI industry chain.
The index tracked by this ETF covers "MANGOS"-related companies such as Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, Alphabet, OpenAI, and SpaceX, while also including AI concept stocks like Micron and SanDisk. For Anthropic and OpenAI, which are not yet publicly listed, the fund will gain price exposure through perpetual futures contracts.
Steve Neamtz said this is Yorkville's first foray into digital assets and crypto products. The company has also filed applications to launch approximately 12 more ETFs in the coming weeks to months, covering themes such as the digital economy and macro strategies. (Reuters)
