OpenAI countered Apple's allegations of stealing trade secrets in a late-night legal document. OpenAI stated that the lawsuit is baseless and aims to hinder its recruitment of new employees, ultimately delaying its efforts to develop competitive technology.OpenAI claimed that many of the allegations stem from Apple's poor internal departure procedures, and the lawsuit is "the chaos caused by Apple itself." Previously, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman had shared a table with Apple's then-CEO Tim Cook at a White House tech leaders dinner.
