Why can't I buy on Uniswap?

Could you please explain to me why I'm unable to purchase tokens on Uniswap? I've been trying for quite some time, but it seems like there's always some issue or another preventing me from completing a transaction. Could it be due to my wallet setup, insufficient funds, network congestion, or is there some other underlying problem? I'm quite perplexed and would really appreciate your insight into this matter.
