Can you actually buy on CoinMarketCap?

Excuse me, I was wondering if I could clarify something. I've been looking at CoinMarketCap for some time now, and it seems to be a great resource for tracking cryptocurrency prices and market data. However, I'm a bit confused about one thing - can you actually buy cryptocurrencies directly on CoinMarketCap? Or is it more of a platform for information and analysis, and you have to use other exchanges to make purchases? I'd appreciate any clarification you could provide.
