Can I buy Kaspa on Ledger?

Excuse me, I'm a bit new to the world of cryptocurrency and I'm wondering if I can purchase Kaspa tokens and store them on a Ledger hardware wallet? I've heard a lot about the security benefits of using Ledger for crypto storage, but I'm unsure if Kaspa is compatible with their platform.
