Can you buy ECOMI on Coinbase?

Excuse me, I'm a bit confused about purchasing ECOMI tokens. I've been hearing a lot about it lately and I'm interested in adding it to my cryptocurrency portfolio. However, I'm not sure if Coinbase supports the purchase of ECOMI.
