Why can't we go to Uranus?

Why is it that we, as a civilization, have yet to set foot on the distant ice giant Uranus? Is it due to the sheer distance and time it would take to reach it? Or is it because of the extreme conditions on the planet, such as its frigid temperatures and the challenges posed by its atmosphere? Perhaps it's the lack of resources and funding for such an ambitious mission.
