What is PCL network?

PCL, or Point Cloud Library, is an open-source project for 2D/3D image and point cloud processing. It's a modular C++ template library for point cloud-related tasks such as acquisition, filtering, segmentation, recognition, and visualization. PCL is released under the BSD license, making it free for commercial and research use.
