Tesla just cranked up the Cybertruck's price tag by $15,000—and somehow made it more irresistible.

Driving Perks That Justify the Premium

Forget basic upgrades. Tesla's throwing in autonomous highway navigation, priority Supercharger access, and a software unlock that boosts range by 12%. No nickel-and-diming—just raw value slapped onto an already iconic machine.

Market Reactions & That Finance Jab

Traders initially blinked at the hike, but then remembered: Tesla customers don’t buy cars—they buy tickets to the future. Meanwhile, Wall Street analysts are busy downgrading the stock over 'margin concerns,' because apparently, selling premium products at premium prices is now a bad business model.

Bottom line: If you’re waiting for a discount, you’re missing the point. This isn’t a truck—it’s a statement.

The price hike comes with extra perks under what Tesla calls the “Luxe Package.” Buyers of the Cyberbeast now receive supervised Full Self-Driving and free access to Tesla’s Supercharger network. These upgrades are meant to boost the truck’s appeal as competition in the electric pickup space intensifies.

Importantly, the price change applies only to the Cyberbeast model, while other versions of the Cybertruck remain unchanged.

Price Jump Raises Questions

The Cybertruck has been one of Tesla’s most talked-about launches since late 2023, but its rollout has been rocky. Sales and production have gone up and down, and the company has made several tweaks to features and prices along the way.

By lifting the Cyberbeast’s price and adding extra perks, Tesla is aiming at buyers who want speed and tech. The higher cost, though, raises doubts about how long demand will last at nearly $115,000. Some buyers may like the added driver-assist tools and free charging, while others may see the jump as too high.

With rivals offering cheaper electric trucks, Tesla is leaning on its brand and bold design to keep interest strong.

What Is the Prediction for Tesla Stock?

Turning to Wall Street, analysts have a Hold consensus rating on TSLA stock based on 14 Buys, 15 Holds, and eight Sells assigned in the past three months, as indicated by the graphic below. Furthermore, the average TSLA price target of $307.23 per share implies 4.02% downside risk.
