In addition to using your email address or phone number, you can quickly register or log in to BTCC with a third-party account.

1. How to Register for BTCC With a Third-Party Account?

Step 1: Go to the Registration Page

Open the BTCC website or app and click [Register] to access the registration page.

Step 2: Choose a Third-Party Registration Method

Select Google, Apple, or Telegram at the bottom of the page.

If you have a referral code, make sure it is entered correctly before authorizing your third-party account.

Step 3: Complete Registration

Log in to your selected third-party account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete authorization.

After returning to BTCC, complete the required information confirmation, security verification, or email/phone number linking to finish registration.

2. How to Login to BTCC With a Third-Party Account?

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Open the BTCC website or app and click [Login].

Step 2: Choose a Third-Party Login Method

At the bottom of the page, select the method you used to register or link your BTCC account:

• Google
• Apple
• Telegram
• MetaMask

Make sure to login with the third-party account linked to your existing BTCC account to avoid accessing a different account or creating a new one.

Step 3: Complete Login

Login to the corresponding third-party account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete authorization.

To log in with MetaMask, make sure the MetaMask wallet is installed and open. Select the correct wallet address, then complete the connection or signature verification.

BTCC will never ask for your wallet's seed phrase or private key. Never share this information with anyone.

Q: Why can't I access my existing account using a third-party account?

Make sure you're using the same Google, Apple ID, or Telegram account, or MetaMask wallet address that you used to register or link your BTCC account. If you still can't log in, please contact BTCC Customer Support.

Q: What should I do if I don't receive the email verification code?

Make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder. If you still haven't received the code, return to the page and request a new one.
